We have fully equipped repair workshops in which their staff can inspect and repair a comprehensive range of lifting and rigging gear. A complete selection of spare parts for most items is kept in stock, enabling efficient and effective repairs to be made to the following items:

We recommend that all OzBlok products be serviced or repaired at one of our Member’s fully equipped service facilities. All service work is carried out by fully trained and qualified technicians and tested to meet Australian Standard requirements. Mobile on site inspection and repair service  also available.

Crane Installations

We specialise in all aspects of crane and lifting solutions from crane design and crane installation through to crane servicing and crane repairs. We provide our customers with detailed advice and cost effective options.
We offer the design, manufacture, installation and certification of  standard and customised lifting equipment and cranes. We provide our customers with unrivalled advice and cost effective options, whatever your requirements we can provide the right service for you.

Supply and installation of:

• Post jib cranes
• Monorail beams
• Load bearing and height safety anchor points
• Manual, electric and pneumatic hoists (including electrical work)
• Catenary, festoon, conductor bar systems

Crane Compliance

Is your crane fully compliant? It is vital to your business that down time is kept to an absolute  minimum through regular servicing. We achieve this by supplying and installing superior equipment backed by our extensive and responsive electric hoist service and workshop-crane repair capabilities.

We manage all your ongoing needs and take the worry out of crane servicing and repairs. We maintain the equipment we sell as well as other makes and models. We take care of critical 10 and 25 year upgrades, refurbishments and local testing. (As stated in Work Cover recommendations). All our technicians are fully trained and accredited. We also offer an extensive range of replacement parts and routine annual inspections.

Anchor Points

Our experienced team of trained professionals can supply, install, test and certify concrete safety anchor points for individual attachment points or safety static lines to suit your requirements. Inspection and testing of anchor points should be carried out at least every 12 months. All equipment, installation and testing is carried out in accordance to comply with AS/NZS 1891 and AS/NZS 4488. Our staff use only specialised calibrated testing equipment ensuring your anchor points meet certification and safety requirements.

Height Safety Training

Are you working at heights or in confined space? AS1891.4-2009 states all users of fall equipment and all people associated with harness based work at heights shall undergo training and be assessed by a nationally accredited training facility offering general height safety courses for operatives.

We can organize training for your staff through Nationally Accredited Training provider SpanSet. SpanSet delivers consistent and concise training specific to the client’s needs. SpanSet trainers are highly qualified personnel with extensive industry experience. SpanSet are leaders in the development of Working at Heights, Confined Space and Rescue and Evacuation Training, with training ranging from half day to three day courses.
